I am a Registered Accredited Member of the BACP (the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy), a Registered Accredited Member of the NCS (National Counselling Society) and adhere to their ethical frameworks. I can also be found on the Counselling Directory online (www.counselling-directory.org.uk).  My training base is a Professional Diploma in Integrative Counselling and a BA in Counselling (First Class Honours).

As well as my private practice, I work as an external counsellor for Dyfed Powys Police, the Police Firearms Officers Association and Pembrokeshire County Council.

I work with clients who are members of professional business organisations and who have their counselling funded through independent care advice services (EAP’s).

I work for an organisation providing counselling for individuals who are experiencing anxiety and depression linked to their alcohol and drugs misuse.

I have experience in working with a very broad range of client issues.

I work voluntarily as a Supervisor of Counsellors within Pembrokeshire Counselling Service which provides free generic counselling, and have also volunteered in the past for Cruse (bereavement).
