As well as my private practice, I am an external counsellor and supervisor for Pembrokeshire County Council, Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority and other large employers and insurance providers.

I am a Registered Accredited Member of the BACP (the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy), a Registered Accredited Member of the NCS (National Counselling Society) and adhere to their ethical frameworks. My training base is a Professional Diploma in Integrative Counselling and a BA in Counselling (First Class Honours).  I have been working full time as a Counsellor since 2007 and take part in continual professional development trainings and ongoing supervision of my own work.

I have worked as a counsellor and supervisor in the NHS and Dyfed Powys Police; for a specialist substance misuse service – Helping Groups to Grow; for voluntary organisations such as Pembrokeshire Counselling Service and Cruse (bereavement) among others.
